How to upload your 3D model to the platform
Uploading a 3D File
If you already have a 3D model, you can upload it directly to the platform and order a print.
How to Upload
- Log in to your account
- Select the "Upload 3D File" option
- Drag and drop the file or click to browse
- Wait for the file to load — you'll see a preview of the model
- Continue to material and color selection
Preparing Your File
Before uploading, make sure that:
- The model is watertight (manifold) — no holes or open edges
- Wall thickness is at least 1.2mm — thinner walls may break
- The scale is correct — verify that dimensions in mm match your expectations
- File size is under 50MB
Tips
- If you're not sure whether your file is suitable, upload it and our team will review it
- If there are issues with the file, we'll contact you with specific recommendations
- You can upload files from Blender, Fusion 360, TinkerCAD, and other 3D software
